Who runs this site

This site is run by Bartlomiej Standa, trading as Elevate Ireland, Co. Dublin, Ireland. Email privacy@midlandinsulation.ie. When you send a request, we pass it to one independent local company that covers your area. They price the job and do the work, and they may pay us a fee for the introduction.

1. What Details We Collect

When you fill in a quote or callback request form on midlandinsulation.ie, we collect the details you provide (your name, phone number, Eircode/area, job type, calculator estimate, and any job notes) so that we can pass your enquiry to one vetted local specialist covering your area.

2. Lawful Basis for Processing (GDPR Article 6)

• Explicit Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): We only pass your enquiry to a local trade partner when you tick the consent box on our request form.
• Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f)): Maintaining server security, preventing spam submissions, and keeping basic operational logs.

3. Analytics & Cookies

This site sets no cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or behavioural profiling cookies. Aggregated, cookieless page-view counts may be processed via Vercel Web Analytics.

4. Data Retention & Storage

Enquiry records are stored in encrypted form (AES-256-GCM) for up to 90 days to handle customer support and verify lead delivery, after which they are automatically purged unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

5. Your Rights Under Irish & EU Data Protection Law

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data at any time. Contact privacy@midlandinsulation.ie and we will action your request promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
